Want to build a brewery quality system in just 60 days that actually works? Brew consistent, world-class beer – start with my free Crash Course 👉 https://rockstarbrewer.com/crashcourse
Most brewers think more caustic = more clean. But what if I told you that’s a myth?
In this episode, I’ll show you how CIP isn’t just a cleaning task—it’s a critical system for producing consistent, world-class beer. I’ll share a real story from one of our Rockstar Brewer Academy members whose beer kept getting contaminated even after blasting tanks with chemicals—until we fixed one key thing.
You’ll learn:
– Why your tanks might look clean but still harbour microbe risks.
– The 5 levers of effective CIP.
– How to turn your brewery’s cleaning into a repeatable, bulletproof process.
Whether you’re brewing on a 100hL system or in a garage, if you don’t have a CIP register or an approved chemicals list… this episode’s a must.👇 CHAPTERS 👇
