In this one-on-one session over Zoom, you will need to have the following worksheets completed:

• Product Specification of your chosen beer.
• Wall of Wisdom: Product Specifications Quick Reference (only needs your chosen beer filled out for now)
• Wall of Wisdom: Approved Chemicals List
• Wall of Wisdom: Fermentation & Maturation Parameters
• Batch Log for your chosen beer or Beer30/Ekos/Brewman recipe transposed from your Product Specification

This is also your opportunity to have a Recipe Review done by Hendo.

This session is designed to ensure that you’re prepped for success.

Once you’ve attended this session, you’ll be able to go ahead and brew your best batch of beer ever.
